Description
The mullein soap from Puy Mary was made in the Cantal, at the Louis Mallet vocational school in Saint-Flour, using the traditional cold saponification method.
Saponification is a process of transformation of an oil into soap + glycerin under the effect of soda.
This soap contains an infusion and an oily macerate of mullein flowers.
It is a major medicinal plant.
Used externally, it has calming and soothing properties.
